Sex in a Canoe
American Lager - All malt, German style light beer with 40% less calories and alcohol than our regular beers.
ABV: 3.4 % IBU: 20
Chippewa Pre-Prohibition Pilsner
Pilsner - Like the blonde lagers of that era, this beer is brewed with a generous amount of corn to give it a light, refreshing taste.
ABV: 5.2% IBU: 32
FlyBy
American IPA - This is a wet-hopped ale brewed with fresh Cascade hop cones harvested the very same day. Expect a refreshingly hoppy beer.
ABV: 5.9% IBU: 75
KENTUCKY COMMON
Kentucky Common - One of the three indigenous American beer styles, Kentucky Common is brewed with flaked corn along with caramel and roasted malts to add character and darken the color. The beer’s backbone is a medium sweet grainy maltiness with bread, toffee, caramel to give it a biscuit-like character.
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 22
SNAPE STOUT
American Stout - An American interpretation of an Irish classic. Dark and strong with lots of Cascade hops to balance the roasted malts.
ABV: 7.8% IBU: 43
Portersville
American Porter - A traditional dark ale made with generous additions of roasted malts. Smooth and satisfying with a velvety finish. Enjoy on CO2 or Nitro.
